Specialized Autism Consultants is seeking individuals who are highly energetic, dedicated and have a passion for changing the lives of children on the Autism Spectrum. We are seeking qualified candidates who have experience or have an interest in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). Full Time or Part Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Massachusetts LABA
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a relevant field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Massachusetts Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)

- At least 1 year of supervising home-based services is preferred
ABA Therapist
Qualifications:
- Has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in Behavioral Science or related fields (such as Psychology, Special Education, Elementary Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy or Counseling/Social Work
- Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders preferred
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
- Previous experience working with a range of children/young adults with autism, developmental disorders or typically developing children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
- Ability to work with a team
- Willing to use technology for training, data collection, session notes, and telehealth (virtual) sessions
